About
My name is Steve Andrews and I was born on the channel island of Guernsey.
I recently worked as a web developer for Healthspan but left the island at the end of August.
In September we will be trekking around the east-side of Everest. After that we plan on travelling to New Delhi and then on down on to Mumbai to do a CELTA course with the British Council.
Interest wise I’ve had an off and on relationship with ashtanga yoga for many years. I discovered judo a couple of years ago and enjoy it immensely, I hope to find a local club whilst we are away to resume training. I also wish to become a reasonable go player before my dotage. Apart from that I like computer games, programming, board games, decent wine and calvados. I’m also an avid reader and sometimes it feels like I’ve read pretty much every sci-fi and fantasy book ever written (yes pulpy tastes;).
I was married to my lovely wife Gina last year, rather amazingly she hasn’t fatally stabbed me yet so things are good.
